Shipping is FREE within Australia via Australia Post Express Post. Orders placed by 3pm AEST weekdays will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after that cutoff will be dispatched next business day.

Shipments are fully trackable with signature on delivery. We can deliver to a home/work street address, PO boxes or parcel lockers within Australia.

Shipping to all international countries is $50, shipped via express international post with signature on delivery. International buyers are responsible for any taxes or charges from their country.

Products in the same condition as purchased may be returned for a store credit or exchange (only once) within 48 hours from the date of purchase with the original receipt in-store. 

For online orders, we must be notified within 48 hours from the date of parcel delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipment, including the postage cost and insurance. Postage costs are not refunded for online orders.

Products sold on sale or discounted by negotiation with the purchaser are considered ‘Final Sale’ and may not be returned or exchanged. Sneakers are also ‘Final Sale’ and may not be returned or exchanged.

We use the Entrupy Authentication service for all items in our business.  Entrupy certifies the authenticity of luxury products using an objective, scientifically proven approach.  Each item is scanned using a microscopic camera and this information is submitted directly to Entrupy to be scrutinised by their unique algorithmic analysis process.   A Certificate is then produced for each item pawn or sold to us.  The certified stays with each item and guarantees authenticity.
