Refund & Exchange Policy

 

Products are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances due to change of mind.

Products in the same condition as purchased may be returned for a store credit or exchange (only once) within 48 hours from the date of purchase with the original receipt in store.

For online orders, we must be notified within 48 hours from the date of parcel delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipment, including the postage cost and insurance. Postage costs are not refunded for online orders.

Products sold on sale or have been discounted by negotiation with the purchaser are considered ‘Final Sale’ and may not be returned or exchanged.

Sneakers are ‘Final Sale’ and may not be returned or exchanged.

Should a client have concerns regarding the authenticity of their Madam Virtue purchase, they’re invited to seek confirmation from trusted third-party authenticators. Should 2 or more of these experts deem the item as inauthentic, we’ll personally verify their finding and issue a full refund to the buyer.
