Returns Policy
Full Refund Guarantee:
If you do not receive your item or if the condition, style or authenticity of the item is misrepresented in anyway Madam Virtue & Co. will gladly refund the purchase price in full upon return of the item to Madam Virtue & Co..
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval of the refund.
Your refund will be processed by Madam Virtue & Co. within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Madam Virtue & Co. can not confirm when you will receive refund to your method of payment as this is the responsibility of your Financial Institution and out of the control of Madam Virtue & Co..
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account, credit card or other method of payment statement.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within 20 days of Madam Virtue & Co. processing your refund, please contact us at admin@madamvirtue.com.au and we will investigate to the best of our ability any reason that may have delayed your payment.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless the condition, style or authenticity of the item is misrepresented.
Authenticity Guarantee:
Madam Virtue & Co. only sells authentic designer Bags and Jewellery as well as Fine Jewellery.
If you believe your purchase item from Madam Virtue & Co. is a replica, contact us immediately and return the item to us, or alternatively we will arrange to have the item collected at our expense and we will organize a full refund for you as well as replace that item with another matching item Free of Charge upon inspection of the returned item.
The item must be received by Madam Virtue & Co. in the same condition that it was shipped to the customer from the original purchase.
Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 46 Gawler Place, Adelaide, SA 5000.
Unless you take advantage of our 'Authenticity' or 'Easy Return' policy you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing your own shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
